Hi, I’m Debbie Hayes, Associate Broker with Hardy Realty. I have proudly served buyers and sellers since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 1987. I earned my Broker’s license in 2008 and expanded my ability to serve clients by obtaining my Alabama real estate license in 2021.

With decades of experience and a strong commitment to client service, I have consistently been recognized as one of Hardy Realty’s top producers since 2000. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a longtime property, or relocating, my goal is to make the process as smooth, professional, and successful as possible. I am a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Georgia Multiple Listing Service, Greater Rome Board of Realtors, Northwest Metro Board of Realtors, and the Rome Floyd Chamber. In 2004, I was honored to receive the Humanitarian Award from the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, and I had the privilege of serving as President of the organization in 2011. In 2025 I also received the Hall of Fame award.

Beyond real estate, I enjoy serving our community whenever possible and treasure spending time with my grandchildren — Harper, Lola, and Abby — who lovingly call me “Gabby.”
